Four phases, two weeks for most engagements. Predictable, scoped, handed off. You own the result.

Phase 1

Scoping conversation

We scope in writing — email today, chat on this site soon. You describe the work that's eating your time. We tell you whether an agent can plausibly do that work, what it would cost to build, and roughly how long it'd take. If it's not a good fit, we'll tell you and recommend something else (often: just hire a human). No calls, no pressure, no sales funnel.

Phase 2

Scope & quote

2–3 days after the conversation · written proposal

We write a one-page proposal: exactly what gets built, what counts as "done," what you'll provide, fixed price, fixed timeline. No hourly billing. No scope creep without a re-quote. You sign or you don't.

Phase 3

Build & iterate

1–2 weeks · weekly demos · approval queue from day 1

We design the agent's identity, set up its memory, integrate the tools, build the approval queue, and wire it into your workflow. Drafts get reviewed in a shared channel. You see progress weekly, you steer.

Phase 4

Handoff

runs on your infrastructure · documented · two weeks of support included

The agent runs on infrastructure you own. We hand over docs, configs, and a runbook. Two weeks of "the agent did something weird, please look" support is included. After that, you can self-manage, hire someone in-house, or move to one of our retainers.
